Instructions For Taking Your P.L.A.C.E. Assessment

You can take the P.L.A.C.E. Assessment in one sitting (about 30 minutes) OR break it up in parts.

  1. Click this link: http://ccrichardson.mobilyzr.com to go to the ChristCommunity’s P.L.A.C.E. site.
  2. Click Assessment on the side panel.
  3. If this is your first time completing your 2024 P.L.A.C.E. Assessment:
    1. On the left side of the page, type in the Activation Code ccPLACE into the Activation Code Box.
    2. Create your User ID and Password.
    3. You will not use this activation code again after you create yourUser ID and Password.

USE THIS OPTION THE FIRST TIME IN 2024, EVEN IF YOU COMPLETED A PLACE ASSESSMENT BEFORE 2024.

4. If you are returning to finish or review your 2024 P.L.A.C.E.Assessment after you started:

●On the right side of the page, enter your User ID/Login andPassword to Continue or Review your assessment.

5. Answer all questions and complete all Assessment Sections (P, L, A, C, E) andclick “I’m Done" after the Life Experience Section to indicate to yourorganization that you have finished and are ready for them to review your results.

6. Print out your 1-page PLACE profile or full report by choosing “Your PLACE Results” from the left-side menu at any point during the assessment process.
