All of us need to care for our mental health! For this reason, Christ Community Counseling Center provides free, confidential, professional Christian counseling for its adult members, and will make outside referrals to professionals who specialize in counseling youth and children. Counseling services for adults include individual counseling, family counseling, pre-marital counseling, and marriage counseling. 

Our staff counselor, Jada E. Jackson, is a Licensed Profession Counselor with over 10 years of professional work experience. Jada works with individuals and families to help navigate the challenges of life – whether they are personal, with family members, or with peers. She has training and experience in the areas of stress and anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, transitions and adjustments, self-esteem, parenting skills, pre-marital and marriage counseling. Jada believes helping is an honor, therapy is a collaborative journey, and that we all are choice makers.

Jada holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Carolina University of Theology, a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Capital Bible Seminary, and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. She currently is working toward a Master of Science degree in Family Studies from Amberton University to further equip families and communities. 

Jada considers it an honor and privilege to be used by God in His service. She knows that it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps toward change. Jada believes in treating every client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and tailors dialogue and treatment plans to meet each client’s unique and specific needs. Jada seeks to live a life that reflects her love and appreciation to Jesus Christ for all He has done for her, while empowering and encouraging others to live their best lives.
