Ephesians 2:10 (ESV) "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."

Why is it important to help people find their P.L.A.C.E.? The answer is that God created each of us for a purpose. The P.L.A.C.E. process ("P.L.A.C.E.") helps people discover how God has uniquely designed them, and to realize His purpose for their lives... and it's the P.L.A.C.E. Team that leads people through this process!

After our members and guests respond to the invitation to take the 30 - 45 minute P.L.A.C.E. Assessment, Christ Community's P.L.A.C.E. Team provides the follow up through semi-annual P.L.A.C.E. Conferences, and through one-on-one follow-ups throughout the year.

During the P.L.A.C.E. Conferences, the P.L.A.C.E. Team uses a Biblically-based, culturally relevant curriculum that helps participants discover and appreciate their own personality, spiritual gifts, abilities, life passions and experiences - and better understand and appreciate differences in others!

In the P.L.A.C.E. follow-ups, the P.L.A.C.E. One-On-One Coaches meet with participants by Zoom or in person to review their specific Assessments with them to help them better understand how the  Lord has uniquely designed them. Many participants have shared that these one-on-ones are the most powerful part of the P.L.A.C.E. process!
