Dr. Terrence Autry lives with a passion for serving God and His people. He serves as Founder and Lead Pastor of Christ Community in Richardson TX, which he has led for over 25 years. He also is active in his community through Christ Community’s non-profit 501(c)(3) affiliates: Let’s Elevate, Inc., dedicated to empowering underserved children and youth through STEM education, educational scholarships, and leadership training, and RISE UP! Counseling Center. He serves on the Richardson Police Department Advisory Board, a community liaison body that advises the Chief of Police on staff training, policy, and other policing mechanisms for the Richardson community. Moreover, he serves as Adjunct Professor at Southern Bible Institute and College in Dallas, TX.
Terrence Autry graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology(Th.M.), California State University at Dominguez Hills with an M.B.A., and the University of Alabama with a B..S. in Business Administration. He is the author of three books: The Flourishing Marriage: How to Create a Healthy Climate for Your Marriage, The Flourishing Marriage Discussion Guide, and What Your Father Should Have Told You: Wise Words for Today’s Woman and is the President and Principal of Terrence Autry Ministries, LLC.
Terrence has been married to his best friend in life, Lisa, for 35 years. They have two young adult sons, Terrence, II and Daniel. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Autry loves all things basketball and is a die-hard Lakers fan.
