Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (NIV): "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."
The mission of the Couples Ministry is to strengthen marriages by providing couples with mutual support through fellowship, prayer, biblical teaching, and by empowering couples to reflect GOD's Love in their homes and communities.
In 2024, the Couples Ministry hosted diverse events that were well attended and received, including a Super Bowl gathering, a movie outing (One Love), a "Flourishing Marriage" conference, and a picnic event. In 2025, we'll continue to offer couples enrichment activities at Christ Community and in the Dallas Metroplex. Connection opportunities in 2025 include quarterly "Couples Huddle" Bible Studies via Zoom, a Golf Ranch outing, Couples Night Out, Couples Cooking Class, and more.
We don't pretend to have perfect lives or perfect marriages. Everything we do is meant to encourage a deeper connection with God, with each other, and with other Christian couples seeking to grow together.
