Dallas Leadership Foundation ("DLF") is a Christ-centered non-profit whose mission is to unlock leadership in challenged communities so families, no matter the neighborhood, can flourish. DLF focuses its leadership development mission in three primary areas in the Dallas Metroplex: Neighborhoods, Prisons, and Schools. DLF Neighborhoods also serves as the umbrella for two community programs: Transform Dallas and Treasures of Hope. 

DLF has been a long-term community partner of Christ Community - most promenently in Christ Community's Food Distribution Ministry to the RIchardson community twice a month from the church. DLF also is active in Berkner High School in Richardson, and provides opportunities for Christ Community's members and friends to serve our community in numerous ways.
