Dr. Terrence Autry lives with passion for serving God and people. He serves as the lead pastor of Christ Community in Richardson TX. In October of 1997, the Lord led him to start the church, which he has led for 20+ years. He previously served as a board member for the Men’s Advocacy group of New Friends New Life, an organization dedicated to transitioning sexually trafficked and exploited women and children into mainstream society. He currently serves with Let’s Elevate, Inc., a non-profit affiliate of Christ community, which seeks to enrich the lives of African American, Latino, and other minority youth and children through its PRO Champions NSBE Jr. (National Society of Black Engineers) STEM programs, community reading programs and financial scholarships. He also partners with Dallas Leadership Foundation’s youth division to work with young African American boys in Richardson high schools. He is also a board member of the Richardson Police Academy/Policy Review Board, working to build community relations with the police department to ensure police accountability and safety for the Richardson community. He is the author of three books, The Flourishing Marriage, The Flourishing Marriage Discussion Guide, and What Your Father Should Have Told you: Wise Words for Today’s Woman.


Terrence Autry is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a THM. He also is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.).


He has been married to his best friend in life, Lisa, for 30+ years. They have two young adult sons.
