We believe that giving financially is an act of worship. Through our willingness to give tithes and offerings, we honor God. Giving is a tremendous blessing and joy that inspires our spiritual growth and walk with God. It is God’s way of growing our faith in Him and supporting His purposes on earth – both inside and outside of the church. We encourage all who give to Christ Community to practice good stewardship. We do not encourage giving in a manner that increases your consumer debt. Rather, we encourage you to give cheerfully, understanding that it all belongs to God, and it all is meant to honor Him.
Text to Give
Text-to-give is an efficient way to give tithes and offerings. Text “ccrichardson” to 77977 and follow the prompts. When you give the first time via text, you will receive a reply to provide the amount, your name, address, and the credit card number you wish to use with Text Giving. Once this is completed, you will receive a message that your giving was successful.

Frequently Asked Questions
We use a reputable online company that uses the same encryption technology used by banks and ecommerce companies to keep your data secure and safe. Online giving is treated with the same confidentiality as our worship service offerings.
Once you click on the “Give Online” link, you will be rerouted to the online link for giving. There you will have the option of: 1) logging on as an existing user, 2) setting up a new account as a first time user or 3) donating with “quick-give”. After clicking on an option, simply follow the instructions provided.
We, at Christ Community, always encourage good stewardship. We do not encourage giving that increases consumer debt. Proverbs 22:7 states that “…the borrower is servant to the lender.” We do not want people to go into debt giving to God. We offer credit card giving as an option but advise that you manage your credit card transactions wisely (i.e., paying your credit card balance off prior to the end of your monthly billing cycle).
Gifts are processed immediately, but can take up to 2-3 business days to show up in your account records. You will receive a contribution receipt via email from Christ Community usually within 24 hours of the transaction.
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at any time.
The church office automatically receives a copy of your donation. However, you may place your emailed receipt in the offering plate during worship.
Christ Community is a non-profit organization. All donations given are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Online giving will be included in your end-of-year giving statement.
